As a Senior Administrative Assistant to three Directors, I serve as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional executive-level support to senior leadership and their respective teams, which collectively comprise 2,800 personnel. My responsibilities encompass a broad range of high-level administrative duties, including- Expert calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events- Comprehensive travel coordination, arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics- Strategic office management, overseeing day-to-day operations, and implementing processes to drive efficiency and productivity. By delivering outstanding administrative support, I enable the Missile Spacecraft & Payload Engineering and Engineering & Technology Organizations to achieve their mission objectives, driving success and excellence in their respective fields. My role is critical to the smooth operation of these organizations, and I take pride in providing top-notch support to ensure their continued success. As a senior leader in the Integrated Resilience Office at the United States Air Force, I guided program management for DEI, suicide/sexual assault training, and resiliency for 10K personnel. I also served as the Commandant of the largest Airman Leadership School, managing a diverse team of 50 staff and a $400K budget, graduating 650 Airman per year. My leadership and project management skills have earned me multiple honors, including the Air Force Developmental Duty Special Duty Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year and the Air Combat Command Airman Leadership School Program of the Year, two years in a row.
