Experienced Quality Management Product Lead & Team Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the IT and healthcare industries. As a Product Lead, I set the vision for our Epic Laboratory product by ensuring projects, quality, and past releases are held to a high standard and am accountable for the success of our product. I manage staffing by projecting future trends in capacity and Epic-wide initiatives, collaborate across project leadership to ensure cross-application workflow and customer success, and hold others on the product accountable to expectations and provide coaching to grow future leaders. As a Team Lead, I directly manage and evaluate the performance of 9 Quality Managers. I coach and motivate team members, share growth opportunities, and manage project progress and workloads with weekly one-on-ones. I conduct quarterly performance evaluations with each team member to share feedback and discuss goals as well as identify strengths and areas for improvement.
