Background
About Allison Creech
I’ve spent more than 20 years in the hospitality and events industry, and I still love the magic that happens when thoughtful planning meets genuine connection. Today, I lead a team of 15 incredible professionals at ALTOUR / Your Event Solutions (YES), overseeing global meetings, incentives, and conferences for some of the world’s top brands. I’m passionate about mentoring, collaboration, and building systems that help people and programs thrive. Beyond operations, I also serve as Strategic Lead for Industry Relations, representing YES (ALTOUR M&I) within the broader meetings and events community. I work to strengthen partnerships, champion innovation, and keep our teams connected to the pulse of the industry. My career has taken me from hotel sales to corporate planning to third-party management, and through it all, my goal has stayed the same: to create experiences that inspire, relationships that last, and teams that feel supported every step of the way.
