About Allison Denman

My experience in operations, administration and recruiting has held one main theme: a passion for making an impact in people's lives through my work. Graduating from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor's in Social Work, I have a core foundation of servant leadership. This includes seeking out supportive roles with the opportunity to impact growth, improve and refine systems and processes, and serve individuals through enhancing the operations of the greater whole. On top of general business operations, I have thrived in event coordination and management projects. If there is one thing my coworkers, family and friends can agree on, it's that I was made to plan events. I have fallen in love with the creative aspect found in the planning of event experience and marketing. From team retreats to major fundraisers, I love being part of making a vision come to reality. I am focused, driven, and diligent in my work. I aim to make every moment of the workday count through efficiency. My coworkers describe me as hardworking and always willing to go the extra mile for the organization or someone on my team. It genuinely brings me joy to find opportunities to go above and beyond for a coworker or a client. Professionally and personally, I am always ready to take on a new challenge or learn a new skill! I am always looking for ways to stretch and grow in new ways. It helps that one of my specialties is grasping new concepts and processes quickly!
