I’ve had the privilege of leading Fulfillment and Dispatch teams for Western Europe and Scandinavia, including two years as Customer Success Manager overseeing all of Europe. Currently, I serve as Head of Delivery for the BeNeLux and Scandinavia market, where I continue to drive operational excellence. A dedicated people manager, I take pride in coaching, communicating effectively, and fostering teamwork. My leadership philosophy is simple: “A leader cannot truly excel unless they’ve done the job themselves.” This principle drives me to continually learn from my team and lead with empathy, motivating my employees even in challenging times. Process-driven and always looking for the next improvement, I believe standing still is never an option. High standards of efficiency, ability, and integrity are my cornerstones, and I strive to lead by example, operating with a clear vision and open communication. If I could wish anything for others, beyond health, it would be emotional intelligence - it’s not just a skill but a way of life, and my personal motto. With over 10 years of experience in telematics and IoT, I have developed a strong foundation in both technology and leadership. I bring expertise in Salesforce and Office 365, along with a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly SalesForce and Dynamics 365, across both CRM and F&O modules.
