About Allison Doris

I am a first year Fitness and Health Promotion student at Algonquin College. I have a previous educational background in Early Childhood Education, Autism and Behavioural Services, Developmental Service Worker and Educational Studies and Digital Technology. I currently work as an Educational Assistant as well as a Wellness Coordinator for Special Olympics Ontario. I am looking to network and connect with different people and organizations related to the Health and Fitness field. I am very passionate about food and nutrition as well as maintaining an active healthy lifestyle. I am knowledgable about inclusive work outs, modifications around work out programs, setting goals and healthy eating. I take pride on continuing my education and attending professional development courses to ensure I am able to speak to best practices.
