About Allison Drees

I am a proactive problem solver, objective thought-partner, and trusted advisor. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development and enablement of patient-focused solutions to address current healthcare obstacles. These include eliminating patient care gaps, reducing fall risk, optimizing health IT, and transforming hospital safety and security. I have accomplished these feats through use of human factors methodologies to identify misfit between humans and their work systems and implement human-centered design It is important to me to bring together teams of diverse perspectives to enable equitable and transformational change. I find it equally important to empower those around me through coaching/mentoring to influence a human-centered mindset throughout the health system.
