About Allison Erdle

I am an experienced professional with more than 30 years working with organizations, foundations, donors, and companies to identify, assess and achieve their philanthropic, development, and community objectives. I started Erdle Consulting in 2006 to support what I see as a challenge - the need for an external perspective (and sometimes a bit of humor)- to guide you when your current strategies aren't working. I have worked in and with educational, health, the arts, safety net, youth and international institutions, foundations, and business. I have a strong understanding of the organizational, tactical, and leadership needs of the various sectors, along with the challenges that each may face. I am a cross sector strategist, recognizing how private sector, government, and third sector all work together to support our communities and economic growth. I hold an international MBA and speak Spanish fluently.
