About Allison Frasier

I chose to become an attorney because of a series of events that led me down this path, some tragic and some serendipitous. When I was a child, my mother was involved in a head-on car collision that changed her life, as well as ours, forever. Issues like dealing with a loved one in a coma, brain surgeries, rehabilitation, personal injury lawsuits, guardianship, conservatorship, and disability all hit hard and fast. We dealt with them the best that we could. What is important is that as a daughter, attorney-in-fact and healthcare agent, I’ve gone through an experience that many of my clients go through before they come in to meet with me. What I can tell you is that I understand. More than you realize. I’ve been there, and in many ways, I’m still there today. I know what you’re going through, and I can help. I am an associate attorney in Maser, Amundson, Boggio & Hendricks, P.A.’s Elder Law Department. I first joined the team in 2006 as a law clerk. I practice and counsel clients with a focus on elder law issues, such as long-term care planning, Medical Assistance benefits, Veterans Benefits, estate planning, asset preservation, disability planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and estate administration. I am an accredited attorney before the Department of Veterans Affairs. I am also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, and of the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC). I am licensed to practice in Minnesota State Court and am a frequent speaker on elder law issues.
