I've always been captivated by the transformative power of learning. My path, from elementary classrooms to remote corporate settings in the SaaS industry, has shown me that inspiring growth is a constant, even as contexts change. In Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, I orchestrated a curriculum overhaul affecting 500 students and 50 staff, honing my skills in instructional design and workshop facilitation. This experience taught me the art of creating impactful learning with limited resources. During a planned career break to care for my young children, I immersed myself in Salesforce, earning the "Business Administration Specialist" badge and discovering the vast potential of technology in adult learning. Now, I'm in an exciting new chapter, an HR Returnship at Unanet, a dynamic fully-remote SaaS company. I'm developing an AI literacy program, training in leadership development, and creating cross-functional training materials that break down silos. A project close to my heart focuses on neurodiversity awareness, deepening my commitment to inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. Throughout these experiences, I've honed my ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
