About Allison Hang

Purpose driven professional with 5+ years experience in project management, including 4+ years in Community Choice Aggregation. I enjoy developing and implementing creative, data driven solutions. I have worked in the clean energy sector for over four years at Clean Power Alliance (CPA) and Marin Clean Energy (MCE). At CPA, I am currently managing the participation of 20+ member agencies in CPA’s Power Ready, a resiliency program that will install solar and battery storage at critical facilities. I have also been leading the launch of CPA’s Demand Response program. During my time as a Community Development Manager at MCE, I worked closely with Customer Programs. I helped develop the marketing materials and strategy for public input on MCE’s Energy Efficiency programs. I initiated joint Deep Green-Smartlights canvassing campaigns. I also managed the participation of MCE’s jurisdictions in the CoolCalifornia competition. I also worked in STEM education. I consulted for Genetech on Futurelab, a 7+ million dollar investment in South San Francisco School District’s STEM programs. I enjoy being part of a dedicated team and accomplishing goals together!
