About Allison Kovacs

Patient marketer passionate about pushing the boundaries of patient and caregiver education, activation, and support. I seek to understand patients and their families as people and use this understanding to drive meaningful brand experiences. I aspire to demonstrate thought leadership and innovation in the patient marketing space.In my current role, I lead the development and execution of patient strategy, support programs, and measurement framework in the fertility space. This work has been recognized by multiple internal and external awards for marketing excellence. In previous roles, I led US and global patient engagement initiatives across therapeutic areas, including oncology, rare disease, diabetes, women's health, and neurology. I also have a passion for health literacy and helped develop a trademarked framework for health literate design that was validated via a research study. My undergraduate academic background is in Psychology, and I've completed a Master of Science in Health Communication.Outside of work, I am a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and partner with my undergraduate alma mater to mentor college students interested in healthcare marketing. I recently joined my local Junior League chapter to drive community impact. I am also a classically trained pianist.
