I am committed to excellence: I am committed to working to the best of my ability to improve the way I work and think and to perform and manage in excellence. This is a value that has been engrained into me through a process the last five years. In 2012 I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and International Business. I have been awarded for marketing plans and recognized for a business plan that I created. Outside of Baylor I have worked as a marketing director for a leadership development event where I was responsible for creating promotional campaigns, maintaining and updating website and social media content, and planning logistical details for the day of the event. I have also worked in the HVAC industry, performing customer service and business operations for a fast-growing company. During college I acted as an overseer of college small group leaders in my church. There I learned to plan and facilitate meetings, cast vision and direction, have hard conversations and resolve conflict, and manage my own time and responsibilities. I love making things better. I work towards seeing results. I thrive in creating something new and brainstorming ideas. Relationships with people bring me life, and I enjoy finding connections and laughing with friends. Cooking, baking, and planning parties are also some of my favorite things. I dearly love my husband. I am forever thankful for and committed to Jesus Christ.
