About Allison Leitch

I currently work at Northwestern Medicine's Fertility & Reproductive Endocrinology clinic, managing and implementing care plans for women undergoing fertility treatment. This includes day to day monitoring, medication adjustment, and in-office procedures. It has been a joy to help families of all compositions realize their dreams of becoming parents. Prior to my transition to fertility nursing, I worked in the Pediatric ICU at the 7th best children's hospital in the country, Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital for 5 years. I was a charge nurse on the 60-bed unit as well as the co-chair of the quality council and an active member of the education council. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Biopsychology, Cognition & Neuroscience. I continued my education at Marymount University, ultimately obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
