As Project Manager – Americas at ADA Cosmetics, I bring together strategic marketing, event execution, and cross-functional project leadership to grow our brand across North and South America. I specialize in creating memorable brand moments—whether that’s through tradeshow experiences, launching innovative dispenser programs, or setting up efficient systems to support our sales teams. I’ve led the setup of our first U.S-based manufacturing partner, enabling local production for the first time, and managed the launch of our U.S. office, including the creation of a fully-stocked sample room to streamline customer support. I organize every aspect of our tradeshow presence—from booth design and product sampling to lead capture and follow-up—ensuring every event reflects ADA’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality. My work bridges the gap between our German headquarters and the Americas, aligning global programs with local execution. I collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and production to ensure projects are efficient, brand-consistent, and results-driven. Above all, I’m passionate about bringing sustainable, luxurious solutions to the hospitality industry—helping our customers save time, reduce waste, and elevate the guest experience.
