About Allison Mell

I’m passionate about helping families bridge the gap between concern and care. As a pediatric physical therapist for over a decade, I’ve seen firsthand how many parents worry about their baby’s development, yet struggle to access expert help. Waitlists stretch for months, referrals get lost, and early support is delayed. I founded Tots on Target to change that. Today, Tots On Target connects over families worldwide with accessible, evidence-based developmental guidance through The Tot Spot, our virtual membership platform. Parents can join live Q & As, chat with me directly, and access on-demand milestone courses all designed to make sure every baby masters critical motor milestones. We also partner with employers to bring The Tot Spot to the workplace as a voluntary family wellness benefit, helping companies support working parents, reduce stress, and create inclusive, family-first cultures. In addition, I lead Milestone Mastery, a CEU-accredited continuing education program that equips pediatric PTs and OTs with hands-on, practical skills to help babies roll, sit, crawl, and walk confidently. Whether I’m speaking to parents, therapists, or corporate leaders, my goal is to make expert pediatric guidance accessible anytime, anywhere. 250K+ families reached CEU-accredited professional training Corporate wellness partnerships worldwide Learn more:
