Background

About Allison Meyer

I help research and policy teams work smarter — through better systems, clearer communication, and practical strategy. My background is in research integrity and publications, but over time I’ve taken on work that helps teams coordinate, communicate, and improve how they operate. I’ve led projects to improve training access, build dashboards, streamline workflows, and support high-integrity research across global teams. A lot of my work draws on MEAL principles and internal communications — making sure we’re collecting the right feedback, sharing what we learn, and actually using it to do better next time. I like figuring out what’s not working, fixing it, and making it easier for people to do great work — and to see the impact they’re having.
