About Allison Millea

I started my career as a high school English teacher, where I spent twelve amazing years helping students build confidence, think critically, and communicate clearly. Now, I’ve taken those same skills into the tech world as an Implementation Specialist at Keeper, a bookkeeping software company for accountants. At Keeper, I work directly with new customers to make sure their onboarding experience is smooth and successful. I guide them through setup, offer personalized training, and help troubleshoot anything that comes up along the way. My background in education makes me especially good at breaking down complex tools and making people feel supported and capable. I love working with teams, solving problems, and helping others get comfortable with new systems.
