I’m an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in healthcare operations, team leadership, and office management. Over the course of my career, I’ve held progressive roles across customer service, clinical support, and administrative functions. My career started at McDonald’s, where I advanced to shift supervisor within a year. I led teams, managed cash handling, and ensured top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. I then transitioned into the healthcare industry with Cincinnati Eye Institute (now part of CVP), where I began as a front desk coordinator, handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and copay processing. I moved into an ophthalmic technician role for 7 years, supporting plastics and glaucoma clinics. As a lead technician, I collaborated closely with physicians and trained new staff in clinic workflows and electronic medical records (EMRs). Currently, I’m an Office Administrator at VerCom Systems, a leader in telecommunications and technology solutions. I manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities including HR support, payroll processing, office and project purchasing, and compliance tracking.
