I focus my practice on government contracts and commercial litigation. I have represented contractors in federal bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. I have also represented contractors in connection with size appeals before the Small Business Administration and the Office of Hearings and Appeals. Additionally, I also represent contractors with claims before the federal courts and Boards of Contracting Appeals and have experience advising general contractors and subcontractors on bidding, contract negotiation and formation, compliance and dispute resolution.
