Thank you for visiting my LinkedIn Profile. I’m an experienced Manager and Chemist who leads an international technical service team. My responsibilities include growing Borchers- Milliken's’ Catalysts and Additives business throughout the EU, Africa, the Middle East, India, and ASEAN countries. Not only do I develop strategic customer approaches to grow these markets but also, I work with various commercial teams. I travel heavily throughout these regions to lead training, deliver customized client presentations, and identify opportunities for expansion through new product development and executing growth plans of laboratory expansion in new regions. Plus, I manage the European technical service laboratory with 6 direct reports and compliance to ISO 9001 & ; 14001 standards. On the marketing side, I publish papers in industry journals. Additionally, I create many product webinar's and travel globally to speak at industry conferences to promote Borchers- Milliken's’ products. I began my career with Borchers as a Technical Service Chemist and optimized coatings formulations for additives, driers, and catalysts. Before joining Borchers, I was a Chemist for PPG in Automotive Coatings.
