I trained and worked at CMS Cameron Mckenna LLP (now CMS) as a Senior Associate, specialising in Corporate and Leveraged Finance. I was then a Director in the syndicated lending legal team at Lloyds TSB Bank plc working as part of the front office team. I have extensive experience acting on UK domestic and cross border corporate and leveraged finance and refinancing transactions. My expertise includes advising banks on a bilateral and syndicated, secured and unsecured basis as well as acting for corporate borrowers and private equity. I am adept at dealing with senior and mezzaning financing as well as security and intercreditor arrangements. My experience at Ramparts included advising on bill of exchange financing, security arrangements from a UK and Gibraltar law perspective and debt structuring involving assignments/novations and debt release. I am now a Knowledge lawyer at Mason, Hayes & Curran LLP servicing the Financial Services team. I am responsible for drafting and maintaining the precedent suite of documentation for the Financial Services team and staying up to date with all relevant legal and market practice changes.
