The foundation of my expertise includes account management, program management, outside sales and sales leadership, business development, contract negotiations, vendor management, trouble shooting, operation and administration, client service and surpassing client satisfaction, as well as planning and guiding tours throughout Canada, the US and Europe. I am known to take pride in building and maintaining excellent relationships with company suppliers and valued customers.
