About Allison Pratt

I help to promote an efficient work environment by taking the initiative to solve problems before they arise. I inspire my team to strive for the impossible because if their dreams and ideas don't scare them, they aren't big enough. As a Quality Assurance Manager, I teach scribes to work alongside physicians to provide clerical assistance during patient visits. Under my management, my team has helped providers expand access to twice as many patients. We have also assisted providers with increasing their patient workflow to 6 additional locations in the Greater Houston area while decreasing their clerical duties. Now, I am seeking to transfer the skills learned to the legal profession. As a third-year law student at the University of Houston Law Center, I am currently seeking a position that will permit me to develop my skills as a legal academic. I am well-versed in clerical duties, negotiations, planning and development, relationship management, data collection, and scheduling.
