About Allison Pugh

Strategic HR professional, advising global executives through transformation at the intersection of tech and retail. I’ve built my career on asking thoughtful questions, listening between the lines, and creating the kind of clarity and culture that lets people do their best work, especially during uncertain or high-growth moments. Colleagues often describe me as steady, intuitive, and someone who brings both structure and warmth to the table. I bring global experience supporting Tech and Fortune 50 retail, advising S/VP leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development. I’m SHRM-CP and Change Management certified, with a PMP in progress, reflecting my ongoing commitment to strategic, adaptive HR. I’m known for fostering agile, data-informed, people-first cultures that help organizations grow and retain top talent. My background includes leading large-scale workforce transformations, such as offshoring initiatives and tech modernization, and driving enterprise DEI strategy that strengthened inclusivity and engagement. I'm interested in solving complex problems and making human experiences simpler and better.
