As a Senior Research Associate at LifeSci Search, I lead the research strategy for the MedTech arm of the firm, focusing on life science tools, diagnostics, platform, and service companies. Additionally, I bring expertise in data management and optimization, having led initiatives involving database development, enhancement, and migration across various entities. Most recently, I have spearheaded the selection of a new database and headed up LifeSci Search's data migration efforts, all while creating targeted trainings for team members. This project has been one of many steps I have championed to improve our firm's overall management of data, optimizing our data collection processes, with the goal of transforming how LSS leverages data. I specialize in market mapping, data collection, and database management, providing technical expertise and insights on various life science topics. I also contribute to process improvement initiatives, internal operations, search kick-off meetings, database maintenance, and data analysis. My goal is to assist executive search teams in finding ideal placements for roles in the Biotech, MedTech, and Life Science Tools sectors, leveraging the global resources and network of LifeSci Partners. With a master's degree in Experimental Psychology and a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience, I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as dopamine, motivation, and reward. I am skilled in data analysis, market research, database development, clinical research coordination, and psychometric testing procedures, as well as utilizing data analytics to drive process improvement. I possess strong coordination, project management, and organizational skills, and I prioritize tasks to reach goals.
