I have dedicated the last 25+ years to working in collaboration to ameliorate the systemic inequities that perpetuate in all aspects of the public school system. As a solutions-oriented educator and experienced school founder and administrator I am committed to improving the outcomes for all youth, specifically focused on those who have been historically and systemically underserved. I am a dynamic nonprofit and public school professional with a history of exceeding ambitious organizational and academic goals, leading, coaching, managing and motivating a diverse team, and helping set and track the organization's strategy and impact. My current work in higher education is changing the face of higher education through alternative licensing models and diverse teacher and leader pipeline.
