About Allison Tilp

My interest and work in video editing started at 13. I got my first basic recording equipment, dove headfirst into the process, and never turned back. I started out by editing short comedy and narrative skits with friends and family and then expanded into editing and adding effects to video game gameplay and music videos. My interest in the field continued to expand, and through experimentation I taught myself new techniques and styles. In college I exceeded the requirements for every class and expanded myself to expand my skills to include filming, 3D modeling, and 3D animation. After college I started my own company, Forward Flight Productions. My current work includes editing videos for local gym Issaquah Fitness’s Instagram marketing campaign, and editing promotional videos for Brain Injury Alliance NW. In 2017 I was nominated for best trailer and best action award at Kumoricon’s AMV contest.
