I’m a Senior Technical Program Manager who thrives on bringing order and efficiency to complex telecom environments. For over two decades at Orange, I’ve led large-scale IP and transmission network programs that modernized infrastructure, improved reliability, and kept multimillion-dollar projects on time and on budget. The problems I love solving? • Untangling legacy systems and creating scalable network designs that support future growth. • Turning multi-site chaos into coordinated execution through smarter process design, vendor alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. • Translating deeply technical issues into clear, actionable strategies leaders can trust. • Building high-performing teams and training the next generation of engineers to think ahead, act decisively, and deliver with precision. My work has earned global recognition — including an Orange Executive Committee Award — for innovation that drastically reduced migration timelines from 60 hours to just a few.
