I am a seasoned and versatile Operations Manager who is passionate about my associates, clientele, and my industry, persistent in my innovative management style, and polished in strategies for success. I pride myself in a “Down-and-Dirty” approach to management by knowing the ins-and-outs of every task I assign. Leading by example is my motto! I am a natural born leader, and I strive for excellence in the way I interact with Upper Executive Management, Line Staff members, and all those in between. “Putting out fires” is what drives me on a daily basis. I have been told I am known for my quick and deliberate problem solving skills, and what sets me apart is the attention to detail I attempt to put forth when solving each of these problems. I can bring a sense of stability and positivity to the work place, and with clarity I define my fair and firm expectations. I make every effort to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I place my personal touch on each task I encounter. Skilled in overseeing, designing, and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations according to company needs. Diligent in my preparation of program budgets, facilitation of training and recruiting programs, inventory control, and handling logistics. Experienced with managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and have been exposed to both start up businesses, as well as large, well established organizations.
