My experience at ESPN/TWDC has been exclusively supporting ESPN's Remote Production Operations department through several roles. In my current role, my responsibilities involve managing the remote operations contract employees (ROEs) in a multitude of ways, including but not limited to their assignments, availability, projections, concerns, and contract compliancy. In this role, I am a team of one, and collaborate with multiple groups within Rem Ops daily.
