About Allison White

I am a senior consultant at EY in the Business Transformation Architecture practice, where I support organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives. My academic foundation in Business Administration and Psychology equipped me with a unique perspective on the interplay between business strategy and human behaviour. I am particularly drawn to questions of how people transition—whether between schools, careers, or organizational structures—and how strong leadership and mentorship can ease those pathways. My purpose is to leverage my skills and networks to create opportunities for others to thrive, both within organizations and within their communities. Fluent in both English and French and based in Montreal, I bring curiosity, structure, and empathy to my work, guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people are empowered to lead.
