About Allon Glaser

I am a Managing Director & Partner at BCG in North America, based in Philadelphia. I have a passion for helping organizations unlock business value through IT strategy and large-scale digital transformations. With over 14 years’ experience, my primary focus areas include technology strategy, transformation planning and delivery, ERP strategy and roadmapping, and executive change management. I have deep expertise in helping clients create IT strategies and operating models, as well as managing complex transformations, including ERP implementation, post-merger integration & divesture planning and execution, operating model transformation, as well as data and cloud-led transformation. Prior to joining BCG, I was a Managing Director at Accenture and led the North American Transformation Excellence practice for Accenture’s Technology Strategy and Advisory group, working with clients to plan and manage large-scale transformations from ideation through execution. I am also committed to advancing the inclusion, engagement, and equity of the LGBTQ+ and other diverse communities in the workforce and beyond, and served as the Pride Sponsor in North America at Accenture. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and little one, as well as our family and friends nearby. I like reading (though probably spend too much time watching TV these days), getting outside for exercise, and *mildly* adventurous activities like scuba.
