About Ally Boudreau

As the Events & Account Manager at Trivia Nation, I specialize in designing and executing high-impact live events while building the internal systems that make scale and consistency possible. I lead our private and corporate event division, ensuring each experience is executed with precision, creativity, and alignment with our brand’s reputation for excellence. On the internal side, I’ve spearheaded the development of streamlined SOPs, restructured our sales-to-operations pipeline, and built a comprehensive training and onboarding infrastructure for all roles across the company. I execute my role while prioritizing revenue generation, leading and managing our sales pipeline for our corporate event and country club clients. I thrive at the intersection of logistics, leadership, and learning. I'm passionate about turning creative ideas into memorable experiences through strong operational foundations. Whether planning a large-scale corporate game show or building a new training framework, I bring structure, clarity, and energy to my role.
