About Ally Fuchs

Today, I'm a passionate project manager for a large NIH-funded clinical trial at George Mason University, where I strive to improve socioemotional functioning and improve relationships among adolescents and their families. Starting in fall 2025, I aim to begin my doctorate in clinical psychology so I can give back to a field that has contributed so much to my life, as well as to many, many others. To get there, I am actively seeking opportunities to grow my skills in research methodology, statistics, and data analysis. Here are three academic accomplishments I am especially proud of-I have never made less than an A (or an A-) in any psychology class in all 6 years of my education-I graduated with a B.S. in psychology from Texas A&M University in 3 years with honors-I have contributed to 12 different psychology research projects, a collaborative research group, and an independent honors study, multiple of which have gone on to be published or presented at national conferences, including the Society of Research on Adolescence and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. Strongest skills: Academic writing, SPSS, G*Power, bootstrap mediation analysis, Qualtrics, Excel, academic collaboration, experimental design.
