About Ally Gehre

I’m a strategic operator with 10+ years of experience advising founders, executive teams, and high-growth technology companies. I specialize in translating big ideas into actionable plans, managing high-stakes projects, and aligning stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and product. Currently, I lead growth strategy and operations for the technology industry vertical at a top 20 accounting and advisory firm, where I serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients and firm leaders. I drive cross-functional alignment, lead operating rhythms like pipeline reviews and QBRs, and build reporting frameworks that drive clarity and action. My background blends public accounting, startup finance, and client strategy—giving me a unique lens into how ideas turn into execution at every growth stage. I’m energized by complex problems, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting visionary leaders with strong operational execution.
