Background
About Ally Kuntz
Coaching, instructing, and educating are three things that I am very passionate about. To be able to lead someone, or a group of athletes, through an exercise program is one of the most rewarding feelings you can experience. I am very skilled at conveying why exercise is necessary, not just for performance, but also for lasting wellness. I currently work as a fitness instructor for a local volleyball club and there I lead female athletes from the ages of 12-18 in a progressive exercise program designed to improve their sport performance. In addition, I also work as a PT Aide for PT Solutions Physical Therapy where I assist therapist in setting up exercises for patients, teaching them the correct form, retrieving heat or ice, and providing patients with excellent customer service and a comfortable experience. The combination of these two work environments has allowed me to experience two very prominent, and very different, areas of exercise and health science field.
