About Ally Mohler

As the US Recruitment Team Lead for FDM Group, I train, coach and lead our team on new initiatives and provide support and guidance to better recruiters performance and overall candidate experience. As the co-creator of the Interview Prep Series, I also lead IPS in the US and support our CA region in their execution. FDM Group is an international IT/Business professional service provider who currently operates across 11 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We are the pioneers of the Recruit, Train, and Deploy (RTD) model which we use to train and place recent college graduates, military veterans, and individuals who are looking to reenter the workforce. Due to the high level training program offered by FDM, our consultants are able to extend their academic knowledge with employment, get a foot in the door with our world renowned client base, and have a competitive edge for future opportunities in the IT/Business industries.
