I’m an Executive Assistant who thrives on making the complex feel simple. Whether I’m managing calendars across time zones or coordinating a multi-city travel schedule, I bring structure, calm, and clear communication to every team I support. One of my proudest moments was a complex project that involved planning in-person executive meetings in Rockville, MD, from my home office in Texas. I managed travel, logistics, and on-site execution remotely, and the feedback from stakeholders was overwhelmingly positive. I’ve also handled scheduling for high-level virtual meetings with the National Comprehensive Center's (five-year contract with the U.S. Department of Education) Advisory Board, aligning availability across multiple states and ensuring on-time execution without a hitch. I’m deeply detail-oriented but also know how to think big. At Summit Insurance Group, I led a procurement overhaul that resulted in 40% cost savings without compromising quality. At Edvance Research, I redesigned the onboarding and offboarding experience by streamlining benefits setup, office coordination, resources, processes, and tech provisioning, leading to faster, smoother employee transitions- updated organizational charts and distribution lists promptly. In addition, when two executives needed to travel back-to-back internationally, I created custom itineraries, introduced automated receipt tracking, entered all their travel logistics onto their calendars, and reduced expense reporting time to zero rework. I take ownership, build trust quickly, and always look for ways to improve the day-to-day experience for the people I support.
