In my current role as a Pod Manager with Quantum Health, I work closely with my team to ensure we are delivering industry leading customer service for our clients, members, and providers in the healthcare navigation space. As a Staffing Manager with Randstad, I specialized in making valuable connections with both clients and talent to bring them together and put people to work! I worked predominantly in the manufacturing and logistics industry to recruit, interview and onboard candidates for client companies. Prior to Randstad, I had a successful retail store management career. With my 7+ years of experience, I gained extensive knowledge in leading teams to deliver on a multitude of company-driven focuses including driving traffic, operational excellence, customer hospitality, and associate engagement. Consistently delivered on "ship from store" and "buy online, pick-up in store" goals during peak Q4 to drive sales. Successfully implemented new company initiatives, including Amazon Returns. One of the biggest passions in my role was having the opportunity to train and develop new leaders in our district. I had a role in recruiting new leaders for our internship and manager-in-training positions through our on-campus recruiting programs at Miami University and Ohio University. I helped train and develop 6 leaders within our district in my tenure as well.
