Hello! I am currently a fourth year undergraduate student enrolled at San Diego State University, pursuing a degree in Business Marketing with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications. With my expected graduation date set in December 2024, I am actively searching for Spring 2025 new graduate full-time positions to enhance my abilities and contribute effectively in dynamic and professional environments.My journey as an emerging marketer has been enriched with hands-on experiences that have strongly shaped my skills and abilities. During my current tenure as a Communications and Engagement Intern at San Diego State University's Center for Regional Sustainability, I have immersed myself in the world of content creation, cultivating a keen eye for crafting compelling narratives across various communication channels. From social media platforms to newsletters, I have honed my ability to tailor messages that resonate with diverse audiences, driving engagement and fostering connections within the community.Furthermore, my role as a Program Manager at the Asian American Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association provided me with invaluable opportunities to develop my project management and leadership skills. Orchestrating a comprehensive internship program, I navigated complex logistical challenges and successfully recruited and managed a team of 60 interns, overseeing their work with precision and dedication. Through strategic planning and effective communication, I led my team in executing innovative projects that amplified AAPI voices on a national scale, fostering collaboration and driving meaningful change.Strongly committed to continuous learning and improvement, I am extremely enthusiastic about acquiring new skills to enrich diverse and inclusive workplaces.
