As a CPO and product management executive with over 15 years of experience in developing and leading B2B SaaS enterprise web and mobile software solutions for various industries, such as e-commerce, health tech, insurance, fintech, tax compliance, financial fraud, healthcare, IoT and ESG. Although I have a strong technical acuity with a BSEE from UC Santa Barbara, I view the world through business opportunities, leveraging my MBA from San Diego State University. I've been leveraging AI and predictive analytics for 15+ years, first using algorithms for predicting risk adjust scores for capitated healthcare programs before a customer engagement in 2009. While at FICO our unsupervised machine learning algorithms used over 1 billion claim lines with over 500+ variables for our longitudinal analysis. My specialty is helping small or medium size organiations ramp up rapid revenue growth. I have also helped four start-up firms go IPO or be acquired with attractive financials totaling over $850 M in market valuation. Numerous CEOs ask that I fix numerous parts of a company beyond Product Management. For instance, I was tasked with Zoho CRM and Help Desk integration where they had tried to start this project for years. After negotiating the contract, I developed the project specification and execution plan, and was up and running with custom pipelines in 4 months. Similarly, I am responsible for the Affiliate Partnership Integration program, supporting the expansion from 4 to 13. At RippleNami, I had an engineering team of 22 under my stewardship, to produce an impactful tax program on day 1 that most said could not be done. Currently, as the CPO for Evexia Diagnostics, I am leading key initiatives for positioning Evexia for the next phase of revenue growth; revamping UI, integration with new CRM/Help Desk 3rd party software, eliminating manual processes guided by spreadsheets, and creating new marketing strategies not ever performed before.
