About Allyson Finch
I started my respiratory career at a small rural hospital where I was the only respiratory therapist in the hospital on the night shift. There I learned how to problem solve and come up with innovative solutions to problems. From there I moved to a level 1 trauma hospital where I have learned so much. Here I became NICU trained in their level 3 NICU, running oscillators and NItric Oxide, and more recently Jet cents, and also became ER and STAB room trained. Trauma and adult critical care are some of my favorite aspects of being a respiratory therapist!
