About Allyson Tabas

Hello, my name is Allyson Tabas (she/her/hers). Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, Magna Cum Laude Through my education I was able to gain extensive insight writing across several disciplines for 4+ years. Furthermore, as a videographer on a school district news team and a content creator for the This Is Vallejo Project, I was able to deliver important messages and see the direct impact it has had on individuals in my community. It was seeing this impact firsthand that showed me what motivates me most is telling stories that matter. With storytelling and visual art as my outlet, I aim to produce work that breaks down barriers and inspires change in my community. My ultimate dream career is to be a Published Author and Editor for an established book publisher, where I can show my strengths in conceptual and structural copyedit, content marketing, and my tireless reading capabilities. I hope to help connect readers with innovative and inclusive stories that they see themselves in.
