About Allyson Urbanski

Young children learn grown and develop at optimal levels when they are involved in learning environment that supports and challenges their individual levels of learning and development. I am an outgoing, motivated, sociable, and caring individual who has always had the passion and drive to want to make positive changes for children, parents, and families within my center. I have almost thirteen years’ experience working within the field of Early Childhood. This experience has provided me with different opportunities to participate in a variety of different roles, including teacher and director. These different roles and responsibilities have made me very well versed in teaching and directing students and staff members within different center. I have been the lead in every age group of children from 6 weeks -5 years old and have also been a member on a team of directors. As a director it was my job to oversee staff, classrooms, curriculum, and lesson plans to make sure out center was providing optimal levels of care for our students. I was also an active advisor of staff and worked along-side the center owners and DCFS Representative to create an environment that was that was in compliance of DCFS licensing standards and regulations. I also have a wide range of education and experience in creating developmentally appropriate practices and differentiating instruction to meet the individual learning and developmental of young students within classroom and center wide settings. I truly believe that the experiences children have within the early years of their development can impact every aspect of their lives,
