About Allyson Urick

I am currently employed at Brown and Brown Insurance's Seattle office. I work with a vibrant team of people that work hard to stay competitive in an ever changing market. I am part of a three person accounting team that keeps our multi-million dollar office running smoothly. I mostly handle incoming commissions and customer payments.I'm a business administration graduate from the University of Washington's Bothell campus. At school, my studies focused on business finance while I balanced my school life with a dynamic work life.While attending college, I managed Kenmore's local toy store, Snapdoodle Toys. This gave me my first real view into the business world and let me get involved with supplier relations and leading a team of employees.However, balancing Snapdoodle and school left me with some free time, so I started a small start up with a group of friends to harvest some extra business experience. This allowed me to develop many new skills in resource management, business reports, and interacting with the licensing side of owning a business.
