About Alma Escobar

As an advocate for people’s development and lifelong learning, my purpose is to provide a space for learning and growth so individuals can pause, reflect and find clarity in their personal and professional lives. I help others achieve a greater perspective to connect new ideas and concepts so that it can manifest more possibilities that will help them move forward with what is meaningful to them. My area of specialization focuses on the conceptualization and design of learning solutions in areas such as management, leadership development and soft skills. I have also worked in the management and delivery of executive programs, courses and other learning activities, in-person, blended, hybrid and online aiming to strengthen the leadership and impact of professionals. As an Executive Coach in Leadership and Transition, I focus on areas related to navigating change and complexity, life transitions, career change, career reinvention, self-leadership, crafting a new leadership identity, leadership resilience, learning agility, emotional and social intelligence, well-being at the workplace and inclusive leadership. After losing my father, I am working on understanding the impact of grief or personal loss on the professional and working identity of individuals and the implications for organizations.
