Alma Ramos has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and recently completed an accredited Immigration Consultant program as a product of the pandemic lockdown, a new learning opportunity. She speaks two languages fluently and they are English and Tagalog. As a result of many experiences working in Business Process Outsourcing companies, she has vast experience in a multi-cultural environment and can deal with different customers. Alma is professional, personable, and success-oriented. She is a diligent, analytical, and resourceful researcher. Because of the quality of her work, she consistently received a score of 100% in surveys that means very satisfied customers with her service. Her attendance is also above KPI. She has a strong aptitude for providing excellent customer service, commitment to responsiveness, and a smart approach to very difficult and sensitive issues. A self-starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions and are able to stay focused, pay attention to details, and follow established operating procedures. Prior to moving to Canada, she has worked as an SAP HR Administrator and then successfully move up to the more technical role as SAP HR Security and Authorizations. She also explored the role of an SAP HR Functional Consultant, wherein she was able to experience one full cycle implementation of the Compensation Management module.
