About Alma Recinto

I am a finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of experience including more than 20 years in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Over the years I have built a career around precision, integrity, and a genuine passion for making financial operations run smoothly.I have led teams, managed complex portfolios, and guided organizations through everything from GAAP audits to strategic planning always with an eye toward efficiency and clarity. I enjoy improving processes through better workflows, innovative technologies, and fostering collaboration to solve challenges. While I am deeply rooted in numbers and analysis, I believe relationships are equally important. I value collaboration, mentoring, and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered to excel.Outside of the technical side, I am curious by nature and drawn to exploring new tools and approaches from AI powered analytics to creative problem solving methods that make work more efficient, effective and meaningful. I am also a transformational life coach with a deep interest in spirituality always seeking ways to make life richer, more fulfilling, and enjoyable. Photography is another passion of mine allowing me to capture the beauty of people and the breathtaking details of landscapes. For me it is about blending expertise and creativity with adaptability and bringing both professionalism and a personal touch to everything I do.I am deeply grateful for the many mentors and colleagues who have guided and supported me over the years. Their wisdom and encouragement have shaped not only my professional path but also the person I am today.
