In my previous roles, I have designed and managed operations and programs reaching out to 1,565,809 students and 13,182 community members and youth in the period 2012-2022. While being in these roles I was selected and acknowledged in Global Action on Poverty Changemaker (GAP), Tech4Good Fellowship, Wipro Seeding Programme Fellowship and Pravah Changeloom Fellowship for my leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Throughout my experiences, I’ve collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct capacity-building sessions/events for 5,092 teachers on leadership skills, classroom management, lesson planning, growth mindset, life skills, evaluation and pedagogy. I was engaged in processes where I was required to liaise with the government officials in India and in Uganda to grow and support partners to embed the organizations’ models effectively and provide impactful reports. I’ve worked on multiple projects at once and exceeded expectations in each of my roles. Feel free to write to me at 'mail.alokeshsharma@gmail.com'.
